We have a 2-day return policy on selected products which is also mentioned in our terms and conditions section.
Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed time. To make the process more smooth, we’ll also make sure to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Some exceptions to this policy might be as follows-
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (special orders or personalised items), Essential Oils, and personal care goods (beauty products). Any product that is unsealed or not in the condition it was delivered also falls under this category.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will thoroughly evaluate the issue and make it right. For this, you are only required to email us a picture of the damaged product with the Bar Code, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.
Cancellation is possible through the Hillpure Organic Website,App or by getting in touch with Hillpure Organic Customer Care.
If the cancellation is initiated prior to the dispatch of the products, Hillpure Organic will initiate refunds within 4 business days. The refund will reflect in your bank.
If the order has already been packed or shipped, you can refuse the delivery of the order. The shipping charge for the same is borne by the customer.
